We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. RETURNS and REFUNDS will be given on, products that are the wrong color, size, or otherwise not what was ordered and is limited to 15 days after delivery. Full purchase price will be given to orders that meet the criteria for a full refund. The item must not have been used and be packaged for safe return shipping (if it comes back damaged in any way or we are not able to resell it, no refund will be given). We include with every order a test decal and insist you test the surface before applying a graphic. This is because there are hundreds of surface types decals can be applied to, not all of them are vinyl friendly and we can't monitor this. It also helps to familiarize yourself with the decal to see how it will work. A majority of the problems that occur with installing are because of installer error.
